We have a great opportunity for you to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation^®, made available by Shoppers Drug Mart through the Shoppers Optimum Points Donation Program. By donating your Shoppers Optimum Points to our organization, you are enabling us to use your points at Shoppers Drug Mart toward the purchase of products and supplies to meet our ongoing needs.

If you would like to donate your Shoppers Optimum Points to our chapter, please follow these 10 easy steps:

1. Go to http://www.shoppersdrugmart.ca/ and select the language of your choice.
2. Select Shoppers Optimum.
3. Select Donate Points.
4. Select Donate Now.
5. Enter the last nine digits of your Shoppers Optimum Card number.
6. Enter one of the answers required for security purposes.
7. Select Submit.
8. Under “Select the organization to be the recipient of your points donation” select “Make-A-Wish Southwestern Ont.”
9. Enter the amount of Shoppers Optimum Points that you wish to donate to the Make-A-Wish Foundation in the space provided.
10. Select Submit.

You will receive a thank you e-mail from Shoppers Drug Mart. Donor names and contact information are not provided to the recipient charity, therefore please contact us if you wish to receive direct acknowledgement from the Make-A-Wish Foundation for your support.
