Members of this group assist in building internal chapter fund-raising events to a new level, and by bringing potential sources of fund raising to us.

Our Resource Advisory group is made up of individuals who have business-related skills and contacts in the local community who would like to help us build our profile and network. They help bring an audience to us by connecting us with contacts to approach for funding support: major gifts, planned giving, businesses, organizations, and existing fund-raising events we can connect with to become charity of choice. Members of this group bring forward their ideas, and contacts they have, develop prospect lists to approach, or research sources for funding proposals, Foundations, Grants, Scholarship programs.

These volunteers may work on event sponsorship committees, take on committee leadership roles, or share their ideas via email. This role is suited to volunteers with creative determination, contacts in the community, a passion for our mission, and a commitment to getting the job done.
